Key Responsibilities:
- Present and sell Finance & Insurance products such as extended service contracts, GAP, tire & wheel protection, and other coverage options to ensure customers are well-protected and confident in their purchase.
- Secure the most competitive financing options tailored to each customer's needs while ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Provide a clear explanation of all financing terms and protection options to build trust and long-term customer relationships.
- Manage vehicle titling, registration, and all compliance requirements in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Consistently achieve sales goals for F&I products while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Finance, Banking, Automotive/Powersports Sales, or related field.
- Proven ability to sell finance & insurance (F&I) products, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong knowledge of financing options, lending practices, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage contracts, documents, and titling/registration accurately.
- Professional, positive, and outgoing demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, handling multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to following all state and federal regulations.
- Valid driver's license.
