Description
Job Responsibilities- Support senior team members in marketing and growing the property finance business in Asia Pacific
- Lead end-to-end deal execution and documentation
- Lead in internal processes with management, credit, risk, legal and compliance departments
- Prepare and review credit applications, cash flow projections and property memos
- Support in the monitoring and analysis of the property loan portfolio in Asia Pacific
- University graduate in real estate, business, finance or related discipline
- 7 to 10 years' experience with a commercial bank, investment bank and/or real estate fund
- Understanding of the real estate market in Asia with good credit sense
- Fluent in written and spoken English and one other language widely used in Asia
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Well organised with attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
